Anthony has been immersed in the HVAC industry his entire life, having grown up around the family business. He went on to earn a degree in Global Studies/Communications from the California State Maritime Academy, which has provided him with a unique skill set and a broad perspective on the world. Alongside his father, Craig, Anthony has played an integral role in the creation and growth of the family-owned business.

Born and raised in Stockton, CA, Breanna went on to earn her Business Marketing Degree from Sacramento State. She has since taken on the role of office manager, marketing manager, and overseer of daily operations at Simi Heating & Air, Inc. the family-owned business.
With her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Breanna is an invaluable asset to the company, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
